Dessert: Fried Cinnamon Banana Bites
Prep Time: three minutes
Ingredients:
- Half of a small banana
- 1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon of stevia
- Canola oil cooking spray
Directions: Slice the banana into thin, bite-sized pieces, heat saucepan and spray with cooking spray. Cook bananas with cinnamon and stevia until a crispy golden brown.
