Hi everyone! I am new to Yellowbrick! I am just looking to reach out to fellow writers for some advice. Since I have a children’s picture book already published (“The Eggplant Contest”)…. I am looking to either write another one or begin writing a young adult novel (of which I have no experience with). I have no idea how to get started. My children’s picture book began many years ago just by me jotting some notes down about my Great-grandparents (whom are characters in the book) and it eventually turned into a story.  Of course, I believe that novels are more difficult to write. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
