In four simple steps, we help assess and transform your clients’ organization

Yellowbrick provides you with a reusable link to the Design Consultation Survey. Working directly with our team, we will obtain an understanding of the assessment goals and create an assessment tailored to your needs.

Every assessment is customized and incredibly unique, addressing your goals directly.

2: Understand

2: Understand

Yellowbrick will activate the assessment link and work with you to disseminate the link to potential respondents. Respondents within the organization will have a set period (usually 2 weeks).

3: Report

Once the data collection period has ended, the Yellowbrick team will begin disseminating the data to draw out the greater organizational problems. 

Output reporting is highly bespoke with each one hand-crafted and prepared by a senior-level expert in cultural change projects.

John is an Associate Professor at UConn with a Ph.D in social psychology. He has a strong passion to educate the public and promote lasting behavioral change.
Matt Connell EdD, MBA. Co Founder
Matt is the Program Director of the Business Administration program at Goodwin University and has an MBA, as well as a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
